- To make a booking, you should complete the online form – click on the button below “Get An Offer”.
- The person who completes this form (the Client/Traveler) will be the primary contact with us.
- By making a booking, the Client/Traveler confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of the Guests. It is the Client/Traveler’s responsibility to ensure that each Guest has read and agreed to all relevant Terms and Conditions.
- If the Client/Traveler does not comply with the T&C, Croskipper reserves the right to cancel the booking without any refund whatsoever.
- The action of completing this online form confirms that the Guests agree that:
– by filling out a booking form you will be making an inquiry to us
– we will contact you as soon as possible with offer via email to confirm the: availability, the total price of the service, the date that your deposit is due, details of the payment plan - The Client/Traveler is responsible for checking the details on the offer and later on the confirmation invoice. Please bring any discrepancies to our attention within 24 hours of the date of the confirmation email. Croskipper does not accept liability for the costs associated with any errors not highlighted. We reserve the right to correct any errors in the confirmation email as soon as we become aware of them.
- Guests may bring household pets onboard the yacht subject to permission from the yacht owner and/or charter company.
